Privacy policy

This policy explains how e-Consulting Global Solutions OÜ (“e-CGS”, “we”) handles personal data when you use e-consultingsolutions.ee or contact us. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Estonian law.

What we collect and why

When you contact us or book a conversation: your name, email, company and what you tell us. We use it to reply and to prepare or carry out a possible engagement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and our legitimate interest in answering, Art. 6(1)(f)).
Revenue-leakage calculator: the figures you enter are recorded without any personal data, to improve the tool (legitimate interest). If you ask us to send or print your estimate and give your consent, we also keep your name, email, company, role and the estimate, to send it to you and follow up (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)).
Email sign-up: your name and email, to send the updates you asked for (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
Website operation and security: IP address, browser data and server logs, to run the site and protect it against attacks (legitimate interest).
Website statistics: with your consent only, Google Analytics measures how the site is used, with cookies (consent).
Clients and partners: contact and contract data needed to deliver our services and to meet accounting and tax obligations (contract, Art. 6(1)(b); legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)).

We do not sell personal data and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Who receives your data

Only service providers that work for us under a data processing agreement: our hosting provider (Hostinger), our email and booking tools, and Google (statistics and web fonts). Our online store and our learning platform, when you use them, explain their own processing.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is covered by an EU adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and calculator requests: up to 3 years after our last contact.
Email sign-up: until you unsubscribe.
Anonymous calculator figures and statistics: they contain no personal data and may be kept.
Security logs: a few months at most.
Accounting records: 7 years, as Estonian accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect what was done before. Write to contact@e-consultingsolutions.ee; we answer within one month.

You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, info@aki.ee, www.aki.ee, or to the authority in your own EU country.

Cookies

We use the cookies the site needs to work and stay secure. Statistics cookies are used only if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time. The share buttons connect to the social network only if you click them.
