We level the playing field in management consulting. We give small and mid-sized consultancies, independent consultants and internal consulting teams access to the methods, technology and professional development once exclusive to the largest firms, so they can compete better in their home markets.

Better local consultancies mean more competition and better, more affordable offers for local companies and the public sector, and a more professional consulting industry.
Our people
Practitioners, working to international standards
Our team brings more than 25 years and 200 projects in operations, shared services and corporate back offices. We are led by Otto Acuña, the only CMC-certified management consultant in Ibero-America, formerly with PwC and DHL Global Business Services, and an ICMCI IQA Lead Assessor.
Since 2016 our team has volunteered with ICMCI and CMC-Global Institute, where Otto is a past chair.
Our story
2013 · Our e-learning infrastructure starts as EXYGE Learning, today e-Learning Direct.
2016 · Our team begins volunteering with ICMCI and CMC-Global Institute.
2020 · The e-CGS brand is first used.
2021 · e-Consulting Global Solutions OÜ is registered in Estonia, as a digital-first company.
2026 · The Red Iberoamericana de Consultores, which we founded, holds its launch forum.
